Important Notice
By accessing or using Scorevance, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Scorevance mobile application, website and related services (collectively, the "App" or "Scorevance"). Scorevance is provided by Tobistech Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using Scorevance, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You may use Scorevance only if you:
- Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Are not prohibited from using the App under any applicable laws
If you choose to use Scorevance in connection with sports betting or gambling, you are solely responsible for ensuring that such use is legal in your jurisdiction. Scorevance is not a betting or gambling service.
3. Description of the Service
Scorevance provides football (soccer)-related information and tools, including but not limited to:
- Pre-match and live data about fixtures, teams and competitions
- Statistical insights and modelled probabilities for certain match outcomes
- Personalised dashboards and accuracy metrics based on your recorded predictions
- Watchlists, notifications and other productivity features around football matches
Scorevance does not accept bets, does not provide a wallet, and does not pay out winnings or handle betting funds. Any decisions you make based on information from Scorevance are your own responsibility.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Not Financial or Betting Advice: All probabilities, predictions, insights, model outputs and other information in Scorevance are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only.
They:
- Do not guarantee any particular match result or outcome
- Do not constitute betting, financial, investment or other professional advice
- Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any real-world decision, including placing bets
Past performance, historical data or model accuracy shown in the App does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including any losses you may incur if you choose to gamble or place bets with third-party bookmakers.
5. Accounts and Security
To use some features of Scorevance, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with anyone else
- Promptly update any information that changes
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible at support@tobistech.co.uk.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Scorevance may offer free and paid tiers (for example, "Pro" or "Premium") with differing features and usage limits. If you purchase a paid subscription:
- Billing and payment processing may be handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or other authorised payment providers. Their terms will also apply.
- Prices, billing periods and plan details will be displayed to you in the App or relevant store before you complete your purchase.
- Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled through the relevant app store or account settings.
We may change our pricing or subscription structure in the future. Where required by law, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel before changes take effect.
Cancellation Rights and Refunds (UK/EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you ordinarily have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a digital subscription and receive a full refund (the "cooling-off period") under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and equivalent EU legislation. However, by completing your purchase through the App Store or Google Play, you expressly request that the subscription commences immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the service has begun.
To cancel your subscription before it renews, you must do so through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not issue prorated refunds for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund for any other reason, please contact us at support@tobistech.co.uk within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate in good faith.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Scorevance:
- In any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- To scrape, copy or mass-harvest data from the App in an automated way (e.g. bots, crawling)
- To reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the App's underlying models or code
- To interfere with or damage the operation of Scorevance or any related systems
- To upload or transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code
- To harass, abuse or harm other users or third parties
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if, in our reasonable opinion, you breach these Terms or misuse the App.
8. User Content
Scorevance may allow you to create, submit or store content such as predictions, notes, watchlists, feedback or other information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce, analyse and display such content:
- To operate and improve the App
- To provide personalised features and analytics to you
- In an aggregated and anonymised form to improve our models and services
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy or contract rights).
Where User Content contains or is associated with personal data, we will only use it for model or service improvement in aggregated and anonymised form. 9. Data, Privacy and Cookies
We collect and process certain personal data in order to operate Scorevance, such as account details, usage analytics and device information. We may also use third-party tools for analytics, error tracking and notifications.

10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in and to Scorevance, including but not limited to the App's name, logos, design, interface, models, software code, text, graphics and other content (excluding User Content and third-party data) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Scorevance for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any part of the App except as expressly allowed by us in writing.
End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
Apple App Store users: You and we acknowledge that these Terms constitute an agreement between you and Tobistech Ltd only - not with Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for Scorevance or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance, support, warranty or product liability services for Scorevance. In the event of any failure to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any product liability, consumer protection, intellectual property infringement or third-party claims arising from Scorevance are solely the responsibility of Tobistech Ltd. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Google Play Store users: You and we acknowledge that Google LLC is not a party to these Terms and bears no responsibility for Scorevance or its content.
11. Third-Party Data, Services and Links
Scorevance may use or display data from third-party providers (for example, sports data APIs), and may integrate with or link to third-party websites, apps or services. We do not control such third parties and are not responsible for:
- The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data
- The content, policies or practices of any third-party websites, apps or services
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and policies issued by those third parties.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Scorevance is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from harmful components, or that the information provided is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
- We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, directors, employees or licensors be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses
arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) Scorevance, regardless of the legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Mandatory Exclusions (these apply regardless of any other clause):
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any breach of obligations implied by applicable consumer protection legislation (including, in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015); or (d) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or limit liability.
Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the total subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim; or (ii) £50.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our affiliates and our respective officers, directors and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of Scorevance
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
15. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to Scorevance as follows:
Free Accounts
We may suspend or terminate free-tier access at any time with or without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, your use may cause harm to us, other users or third parties, or we are required to do so by law.
Active Paid Subscriptions
For paid subscriptions, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice before termination, except where: (a) you have materially breached these Terms; (b) immediate suspension is required by law or an app store; or (c) continued access would cause serious harm. In the event of termination without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your billing period.
You may stop using Scorevance at any time. To delete your account and personal data, use the in-app option in Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or contact us using the details below.
16. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update or modify Scorevance from time to time, including adding, changing or removing features. We may also update these Terms to reflect changes in the App, our operations or applicable law.
Where required, we will notify you of material changes (for example, via the App, by email or through the relevant app store). Your continued use of Scorevance after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Material changes include changes to: subscription pricing, the scope of the licence granted to you, limitations of liability, dispute resolution procedures, governing law, or the fundamental nature of the service. Changes to improve clarity, fix typographical errors or reflect minor operational updates are not material.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, unless the laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of Scorevance, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under local consumer protection laws.
18. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about Scorevance or these Terms, please contact us first at support@tobistech.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. We will keep you updated if resolution requires longer.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may:
- Refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider if we have agreed to use one
- Bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales (subject to Section 17 and any mandatory local consumer rights)
- If your complaint relates to personal data, lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
